Property Logic, the developer behind Le Jardin de Fleur Beach & Golf Resort in Mediterrania Saïdia, Morocco, has been officially informed that the company is to receive an award in the prestigious CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2007 in association with Al Qudra Holding. The full extent of this success will be revealed at a glittering gala dinner at the Madinat Jumeirah five-star hotel in Dubai on Tuesday, 23rd October.
The fact that Property Logic has earned one of these coveted awards is sure proof that the company can not only compete but also triumph within the highly competitive Arabian property arena. Having been given this high recommendation by its peers, the company will be entitled to display the CNBC Arabian Property Awards’ logo with pride. This symbol of excellence will be recognised and appreciated by the public who are becoming increasingly well informed and discerning about the properties they seek to buy.
Entries were judged by a panel of professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none and unsurpassed by any other property awards. Chaired by Eric Pickles, British Shadow Secretary of State, this year’s judges included Jonathan Price, president of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), Omer Ghani, director of sales CNBC Arabiya, and Christopher Hall, immediate past president, National Association of Estate Agents.
Sean Cusack, Managing Director of Le Jardin de Fleur, Morocco said of the forthcoming award, “We are delighted to be receiving such a distinguished compliment from the leading experts in the industry. To be recognised among Arabia’s Best is a reflection of the hard work and enthusiasm we dedicate to Le Jardin de Fleur resorts.” |
