Many first time visitors to the area are surprised by the lush green landscape and wide sandy beaches. The area was originally completely covered by Mediterranean forest and large areas of protected forest remain.
The development itself has an elevated position that gives views of Cabo Negro, the Mediterranean and, behind, the magnificent Rif Mountains which stand proudly against the blue sky, their tops capped with snow in the winter. The surrounding area has a quiet, almost "countryside" feel with lanes winding between the green fields and scattered buildings.
Despite the sleepy laid back feel of the area there are all the facilities that you need whilst on holiday. Immediately in front of the development, an Equestrian Centre has a bar (open all year round), restaurant, hotel and superb horse riding facilities, including beach treks and atmospheric midnight treks!
The Meridiana Restaurant is a short stroll away, serving the best food for miles around and the adjoining pub is also popular. A Pizzeria and French Restaurant are also within walking distance, whilst the nearby Mirador Golf development has 2 bars, a restaurant and a supermarket.
Shops, banks, medical facilities, newsagents and all amenities are available in the town of M'Diq only 5 minutes drive from the development.
The low density site consists of three storey blocks set around communal pools in landscaped gardens. There is a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and one bedroom penthouses available. The developer is well known in the area and has already completed some projects to a high standard.
