This development is situated in the pleasant area of Cabo Negro on Morocco's Northern Mediterranean coast. This stretch of coastline is a well established tourist area and there is currently an undersupply of rental property during the holiday season.

The Meridiana Restaurant is a short stroll away, serving the best food for miles around and the adjoining pub is also popular. A Pizzeria and French Restaurant are also within walking distance, whilst the nearby Mirador Golf development has 2 bars, a restaurant and a supermarket.
Shops, banks, medical facilities, newsagents and all amenities are available in the town of M'Diq only 5 minutes drive from the development.
The low density site consists of three storey blocks set around communal pools in landscaped gardens. There is a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and one bedroom penthouses available. The developer is well known in the area and has already completed some projects to a high standard.
